To overcome weakness due to covid eat balanced diet especially rich in protein, iron and antioxidants like Vitamin A, Vitamin C & Vitamin D. Eat freshly prepared and warm food. Eat whole grains (Jowar, Chana/Gram, Quinoa flour) green leafy Vegetables, Pulses, Eggs & Paneer. Nuts, mixed seeds & sprouts can be used as snacks for the day. Cow’s ghee is a good source of vitamin D so take 1 to 2 tsp cow ghee empty stomach to start your day and end your day with a pinch of turmeric in warm milk.
